Do not use
- laxative products for longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor

- nausea
- vomiting
- noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that has continued for more than 2 weeks

- you have rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative.
These could be signs of a serious condition.

- shake well before use
- do not exceed recommended dose
