Senna Syrup

Sennosides 8.8 mg

Laxative

• relieves occasional constipation (irregularity)
• generally produces bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours

Do not use

• laxative products for longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor

• stomach pain
• nausea
• vomiting
• noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that has continued for more than 2 weeks

• you have rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative.

These could be signs of a serious condition.

ask a health professional before use.

Keep out of reach of children.

In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

• do not exceed recommended dose

Age	Starting Dose	Maximun Dose
adults and children 12 years of age and over	10 mL to 15 mL once a day preferably at bedtime; increase as needed or as recommended by a doctor	15 mL in the morning and 15 mL at bedtime

• store at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F). [See USP Controlled Room Temperature]
• protect from light and moisture
• a dark brown, cherry flavored syrup supplied in the following:

NDC 81033-120-50: Carton containing 50 unit-dose cups of 5 mL each

NDC 81033-120-10: 10 mL unit dose cup
NDC 81033-120-54: Carton containing 50 unit-dose cups of 10 mL each

NDC 81033-120-15: 15 mL unit dose cup
NDC 81033-120-55: Carton containing 50 unit-dose cups of 15 mL each
