VISTA Hypromellose Dry Eye Relief

Active ingredient	Purpose
Hypromellose (0.3%)	Lubricant

• For the temporary relief of irritation and burning due to dryness of the eye.

For external use only

• if this product changes color or becomes cloudy
• if seal is broken or punctured

• do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination
• replace cap after each use

• eye pain
• changes in vision
• irritation or redness for longer than 48 hours

If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

1. Twist cap counterclockwise to break the seal.
2. Unscrew the cap completely. Remove and discard the seal ring.

• If you wear contacts refer to package insert for complete directions
• shake well before using
• install 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed
• close the bottle tightly after use to ensure the stability of the solution

• store at room temperature (15 ^o – 30 ^oC, 59 ^o – 86 ^oF).
• Protect from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures.

Hydroxypropyl Guar, Boric Acid, Sorbitol, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Borate, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Chloride, Calcium Chloride, Water for Injection (WFI), Preservative - Stabilized Oxychloro Complex 0.01% w/v.
