• bloating, pressure, fullness and stuffed feeling, commonly referred to as gas

If pregnant or breast feeding,

ask a health professional before use.

Keep out of reach of children.

• do not take more than 4 chewable tablets in a 24-hour period

• adults and children 12 years and over: chew 1-2 tablets as needed (or as symptoms occur) after a meal or at bedtime. Chew or crush tablets completely before swallowing.

• each chewable tablet contains: 
• calcium 300 mg
• store at room temperature 20°-25°C (68°-77ºF)
