• Store below 25 ºC in a dry place, out of sight and reach of children
• Do not freeze
• Not recommended for use during pregnancy or for those planning a pregnancy
• Do not apply to broken, irritated skin or near to eyes
• Do not use if you have eczema or other skin problems
• In case of irritation or rash stop using the patch immediately.

If problem persists consult your GP. 

1. Dry skin before use. Cut open the foil sachet, remove a patch and peel off the protective paper from the central cut. Tip: Be careful when peeling the protective paper as the patch can stick to itself.
2. Apply adhesive side of the patch where you want the cooling effect.
3. Remove gently using warm water to loosen the adhesive. Discard and replace with a new patch as required.
