1. Wash your face and make sure it is free of any creams of lotions.
2. Thoroughly wet your nose with water.
3. Remove the protective film with dry hands, then attach the nose mask on your nose and wait for 10~15 minutes.
4. When the mask is completely dry, remove the mask slowly from the edge.
