Salicylic acid 40% w/w

Purpose

Wart remover

Use
  • for the removal of common warts and plantar warts on the bottom of the foot. The common wart is easily recognized by the rough 'cauliflower-like' appearance of the surface. The plantar wart is recongized by its location only on the bottom of the foot, its tenderness, and the interruption of the footprint pattern.
Warnings

For external use only.

Do not use

  • if you are a diabetic
  • if you have poor blood circulation
  • on irritated skin or any area that is infected or reddened
  • on genital warts or warts on the face or mucous membranes
  • on moles, birthmarks or warts with hair growing from them

Stop use and ask a doctor if

discomfort persists

Keep out of reach of children.

If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222) right away.

Directions
  • wash affected area.
  • may soak corn in warm water for 5 minutes.
  • dry area thouroughly
  • if necessary, cut medicated disc to fit the wart.
  • carefully apply the medicated with sticky side onto the wart.
  • cover the medicated disc with the center of the bandage strip.
  • repeat procedure every 48 hours as needed (until wart is removed) for up to 12 weeks.
Other information
  • store between 59°F and 86°F (15°C and 30°C)
  • avoid surrounding skin when applying medicated disc
