Purpose: Eye Liner

INSTRUCTIONS: This liquid type eye liner has deep and strong colors, it gives a sharp look on your eyes. The line stays on for a long time without smudging or fading away

Directions: Apply by following your eye outline using the brush, let it dry for few seconds after applying.
