Active ingredient Purpose

Povidone-Iodine 10% v/v................................................First aid antiseptic

Uses

• helps prevent the risk of skin infection in minor cuts, scrapes and burns

Warnings

For external use only

Do not use

• in or near the eyes
• over large areas of the body
• on individuals who are allergic or sensitive to iodine
• longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor

Ask a doctor before use if you have

• deep puncture wounds
• animal bites
• serious burns

Stop use and ask a doctor if

• irritation or redness develops
• condition persists for more than 72 hours

Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222) right away.

Directions

• clean the affected area
• apply a small amount to the affected area 1-3 times daily
• may be covered with a sterile bandage. If bandaged, let dry first.

Other information

• store between 15-30°C (59-86°F)
• avoid excessive heat
