When using
If you have vivid dreams or other sleep disturbances, remove this patch at bedtime.

Skin redness caused by the patch does not go away after four days, or if your skin swells, or you get a rash.
Irregular heartbeat or palpitations occur.
You get symptoms of nicotine overdose such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, weakness, and rapid heartbeat.
You have symptoms of an allergic reaction (such as difficulty breathing or rash).

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Take out a patch, remove the protective film, and stick it on a clean, dry area. (wrist, upper arm, chest, thigh)
Apply it in the morning, remove it in the evening. Avoid applying in the same position when replacing new patches to avoid over-irritating the skin.
Usage reference: 2 patches per day in the first week (simultaneous use), 1.5 patches per day for the second week and the third week, 1 patch per day for the fourth week, and half a day for the fifth week. (Appropriate increase or decrease according to the amount of smoke and body weight)
Directions of controlling smoking:
Apply it 30 minutes before entering the no-smoking place. It is recommended to use 2 patches/day for each pack of smoke/day. If you don't need it, you can remove it.
