If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

•Clean and thoroughly dry the skin on the leg area where the patch will be applied.
•Cut the patch to your desired size if needed, then peel off the protective backing layer.
•Apply the adhesive side firmly to the target leg area and press evenly along all edges to ensure full skin contact.
•Leave the patch on for 2 to 4 hours per application, then remove and replace with a new patch.
•For optimal soothing and moisturizing results, use continuously as directed.

Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
Keep away from direct sunlight, high heat, and moisture.
Keep sealed when not in use.
