lf swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away

Apply a thin layer of Natuheal cream to the afected area as soon as possible after minor iniury, Repeat 3 times a day or as neededf heat or ice is applied
wait 5 minutes before applying Natuheal cream.

Store at room temperature. Do not use if tamper-evident seal is broken or missing.
