Glycerin

Purpose: Laxative

Uses: Relieves occasional constipation

Directions

Adults and children 6 years and over: 2 applicators per day

Children 2 to under 6 years: 1 applicator per day or consult a doctor

Children under 2 years: ask a doctor

Remove the container cap, apply a small amount of lubricant, insert slowly into the anus, then squeeze the medicinal liquid into the rectum.

Warnings:

• For rectal use only.
• Do not take by mouth.
• Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor.
• Ask a doctor before use if you have a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over 2 weeks.
• Stop use and ask a doctor if you have rectal bleeding or fail to have a bowel movement after use.
• If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
• Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away.
