Exfoliating.

During the shower, take an appropriate amount of the scrub and apply it to the body, rubbing and circling for about 5 minutes, especially in the parts of the joints where there is more waste keratin, rubbing a few more times, and finally rinsing off with water. Once every two weeks is best.
