1. Apply a thin amount of gel to the gums with a toothbrush.

2. Do this once daily for at least 1 minute, preferably at bedtime.

3. After using, spit out the gel and should not eat, drink or rinse for 30minutes for best results. Do not swallow the gel.

4. Use daily for best results.
