When using this product

• ▪do not take more than 10 tablets in a 24-hour period
• ▪do not use the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks.

Keep out of reach of children.

• ▪chew 2-4 tablets completely as symptoms occur or as directed by a doctor. Do not swallow tablet whole.

• ▪each tablet contains: calcium 270 mg, magnesium 55 mg
• ▪store room temperature
• ▪Avoid high humidity.
