Purpose: Eye Liner

INSTRUCTIONS: Liquid eyeliner that allows endless vivid drawing. Soft, smudge-proof and easily-washable type eyeliner creates perfectly defined eyes without irritating skin around the eyes

Directions: Line along the upper lash line following the contour of the eye. Flare outward for more drama or create your own unique design.
