Purpose

Helps restore mental alertness or wakefulness when experiencing fatigue or drowsiness

For occasional use only.

Caffeine warning. The recommended dose of this product contains about as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. limit the use of caffeine-containing medications, food, or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, sleeplessness, and occasionally, rapid heartbeat.

Do not use

as a substitute for sleep, or in children under 12 years of age.

Adults 18 years of age and over: take up to 2 chewables every 4 to 6 hours, not more that 4 chewable in 24 hours.
