Directions:

Apply shampoo to wet hair and scalp, foam, and massage onto scalp.
Leave it on for 2-3 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly.
For best results, at least use twice a week or as directed by a doctor.

Active ingredient:

Tazarotene 0.05%

Ask a doctor before use if: Condition covers a
large area of the body.

Keep out of reach of children: If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Stop use and ask a doctor if: Condition worsens or does not improve after regular use of this product as directed.

Do not use:

On children under 12 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with eczema or retinoid hypersensitivity
On damaged or irritated skin not caused by acne or psoriasis
For prolonged periods of time without consulting a doctor

When using this product:

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and other mucous membranes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation or sensitivity develops, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Use caution in exposing skin to sunlight after applying this product. It may increase your tendency to sunburn up to 6 hours after application.
